WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

WE WILL GLADLY EXCHANGE ANY FULL PRICED, UNWORN SWIMWEAR FOR ANOTHER SIZE, STYLE OR COLOR WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER WITHIN THE US. TO MAKE A RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT, PLS FILL OUT THE ONLINE RETURN FORM HERE.  

*PLEASE TRY ON YOUR SUIT WITH UNDERWEAR BEFORE DECIDING TO KEEP YOUR NEW SWIMSUIT. ONE PIECES AND BOTTOMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF HYGIENIC LINER STICKER IS MISSING, DAMAGED, OR SHOW SIGNS OF TAMPERING. 

NOTE THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS TO OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
    • ANY DISCOUNTED OR SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED. *WITH THE EXCEPTION OF  NEW CUSTOMER NEWSLETTER DISCOUNT CODE.
    • RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE NEW, UNWORN AND WITH ORIGINAL TAGS AND HYGIENIC LINER ATTACHED.
    • RETURNED ITEMS MUST HAVE NO VISIBLE SIGNS OF WEAR OR USE.

HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

TO INITIATE YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE, PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
    1. FILL OUT FORM ON OUR RETURNS & EXCHANGES PAGE & PRINT OUT CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
    2. PACK ALL RETURNED ITEMS INTO MAILER WITH ORIGINAL LABELS AND HANGTAGS STILL ATTACHED.
    3. PUT ALL THE RETURNED ITEMS IN A MAILER.
    4. MAIL TO THE ADDRESS BELOW:

    5. DROP OFF YOUR RETURN TO THE COURIER ON THE LABEL.
    6. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU SEND RETURNS BY REGISTERED POST AND TAKE NOTE OF TRACKING NUMBER AS WE CANNOT SEND OUR ANY REPLACEMENTS UNTIL YOUR PACKAGE IS RECEIVED. MAI MIA WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED RETURN ITEMS.
    7. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL AS SOON AS WE RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS.

MAI MIA MONITORS RETURNS TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL MISUSE OR ABUSE OF OUR RETURN POLICIES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY RETURNS THAT DON'T MEET OUR RETURN REQUIREMENTS.

WHAT IF MY RETURN IS LATE?

ALL RETURNS SHOULD BE IN NEW, UNWORN CONDITION WITH THE TAGS STILL ATTACHED. ANY RETURNS RECEIVED POSTMARKED AFTER 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT ARE INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AND WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY RESHIPPED TO THE CUSTOMER UPON RECEIPT AT OUR OFFICE.

    WHAT ABOUT RETURNS FOR SALE ITEMS?

    ALL DISCOUNTED OR SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

    WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

    OH NO! PLEASE CONTACT US AT HELLO@MAI-MIA.COM RIGHT AWAY AND WE’LL MAKE IT RIGHT.

    WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER?

    ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES.

    WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND AFTER I SEND MY RETURN?

    ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM.
    IF YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT, WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS.
