WE OFFER GLOBAL SHIPPING VIA USPS OR EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTION TO ALL DESTINATIONS. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS A FLAT RATE OF $25 AND PACKAGES WILL BE SENT FROM OUR LOS ANGELES LOCATION.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
WE ACCEPT RETURNS IN NEW CONDITION WITH ORIGINAL TAGS AND HYGIENIC LINER ATTACHED FOR A FULL REFUND. THE RETURN REQUEST MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PACKAGE, AND THE RETURN MUST BE DROPPED OFF AND SCANNED AT A USPS LOCATION WITHIN THOSE 7 DAYS. YOUR REFUND WILL BE CREDITED TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT USED TO MAKE THE PURCHASE. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY ITEMS MARKED AS SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

WHAT IF MY RETURN IS LATE?
ANY RETURNS DROPPED OFF AT USPS AFTER 7 DAYS FROM THE SHIP DATE ARE INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AND WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY RESHIPPED TO THE CUSTOMER UPON RECEIPT AT OUR OFFICE.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND AFTER I SEND MY RETURN?
